On 3/18/2022 I visited Liqgo 502 location in Hammond Indiana to buy some cigarettes. There were 2 clerks there and I was the only one in the store. I asked for two different brands of cigarettes but I made a mistake on one of the brands (I asked for lights when I should have asked for Menthol Lights). When I told the female clerk of the mistake she in turn shouted at me "Well that's what you asked for!" I said to her "Ok, but you don't have to have a hissy fit about it" and I told her the cigarettes that I meant to ask. Instead of her going to get them, she asked the male clerk what did I say and he repeated what I had said about having a hissy fit. She said well since I thought she was having a hissy fit then I could move over to the next window where the male clerk was. She kept mumbling something and then she said she was going to call the police and said something to the male clerk and then stormed off into the back of the store. So I noticed the male clerk was not asking me what I wanted and I asked him was any one going to wait on me and he said that the female clerk had told him not to wait on me. I shook my head and left and went somewhere else. I know this is a very long post but it just burns me that customer service in these places have really gotten horrible and cause unnecessary confrontation when this whole situation could have been handled differently on the clerk's part because people make mistakes and she acted like I had cussed her out or was hassling other customers, which there were none because I was the only one in the store. Bottom line, another customer has bit the dust. Never will I do business with this company. One star is being generous.

I went through the car wash and the attendant and I both heard a rubbing sound on the left front wheel of my car. After getting out of the car wash I realized that the wheel was scratched horribly and the attendant agreed that it happened there, however the regional manager is saying they are not liable for any damages and that also if a vehicle has more than a 100,000 miles or is older than 10 years old, they are not liable for damages.

Did you pay with Cash App? Almost every gas station in the area has signs on their pumps stating that IF you pay at the pump, your bank can put up to a $150 hold on your card. It is only a pending charge that will be returned usually within 12 to 24 hours. Cash app always puts a $75 hold.... everytime! To avoid this, pay inside and there will be no hold!

Why is it required to give my cellphone number for a reward card. I have a pink...and it will not take my hard line numbers

This is just one of the many indicators of Luke oil oils poor customer service take your hard-earned dollars somewhere else!
