It is clear that the rabbits are well cared for while at this shelter. The website is very informative and anyone considering adopting should begin by thoroughly reading the information provided there. This was the first of the western Washington rabbit shelters that I visited, and I didn't even need to look further because I was so impressed with the care their owner and volunteers provide each animal. I was able to schedule an appointment to come meet the rabbits, and make plans to adopt a sweet one.

I LOVE Rabbit Haven! Got my 2 rabbits and Dori was super nice. My buns weren't bonded so I left them with Sue and she bonded them within about a week! I was super impressed. And the hay they sell is very good quality, and a good price.

Really caring staff, healthy rabbits. Remember ALL business is by appointment only. Please do not bring any bunnies with you to the haven as there is an RHDV2 outbreak which is deadly and they don't want it introduced to their resident rabbits.

Rabbit Haven is a magical place. This beautiful sanctuary is home to so many wonderful rabbits who have been rescued by Sue Brennan, the founder and director. Sue has been my rabbit care mentor and has helped so many people and rabbits. I’ve known Sue since 1997 and she never ceases to amaze me with her strength and dedication to making life better for rabbits and other animals.

I would like to have a breeding pair. Do they have anything like that?

They neuter all of their rabbits due to overpopulation concerns. If you want a quality breeding pair for show or meat go to a livestock auction at a state or county fair. Local 4H groups also usually have good rabbit sales for farm rabbits.

If you're looking to adopt I have 2, 6 month old that are actually living under my porch that could use a home cage included plus bale of hay.
