The store looks nice unfortunately it appears that the most of the people that work there need more customer service Training. The young man that took care of my dog and shampooed him did an outstanding job and seemed to be the only associate that has good people skills.

Really great pet store with super staff. Works with local animal shelters to home and save animals. Re homing fee is very reasonable
