Wow. I have been coming to this location for years for various purposes. My whole family has been coming to this facility. Pre-Covid, during Covid, Post-Covid. Was told today that they could not see me at the walk-in clinic as I was no longer considered an existing patient because I had not done a physical or annual check up with them. I was never told during any of my previous visits that I would be required to schedule a yearly exam in order to “maintain my status”. I have never had this experience with any other doctor or at any other facility! I miss the care from the old Trinity management!

Going here for years now. Dr. Green is pretty awesome. Staff is mostly kind and helpful. Only real complaint is sometimes they can kinda be disorganized with referrals to specialists or getting a prescription in to the pharmacy. Usually a quick phone call gets it sorted out, so you may have to follow up on stuff.

NEVER GO HERE FOR MENTAL ILLNESS TREATMENT. They will refuse to refill your prescription unless you come in for a checkup that you still have to pay for. They have zero respect for people with mental illnesses as well, once you actually start acting mentally ill they discharged you.

We were happy with this office until a couple years ago. Now they don’t answer phones, they don’t return phone messages, and they let Summit make medical decisions for them. I’ve tried to discuss my issues with the nurse and the office manager but the messages I’ve left have not received return calls. I recommend finding a different practice to those that are looking.
