Store was clean and well organized, the lady at the register was polite and knowledgeable. they have a buying program in which after you buy a certain amount of a brands of dog food they will give you a free bag. I believe it's the same for the dry cat food as well. They also offer military discount.

My dog's food has either been discontinued or way back ordered. They couldn't do enough to help me find a compatible food! My 1st experience qith them but definitely not my last. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
