Extremely unhappy with my peppermint mocha. Expensive. Did not get my holiday cup. Server/cashier was rude. The coffee was served without whipped cream; when I went back in to tell they had forgotten, it was then that I was told they were out of whipped cream. Disappointed; will not return for sure

Super busy and only one person working, but great service nonetheless. Drinks are always good made by the worker there, although their name escapes me at the moment
