I have been coming here for years. I have started having issues with them telling me that they had my medicine in stock, and then when I drive all the way there, they tell me they are out of stock even though I called them earlier that day to verify. This issue periodically happens over a few months at a time - I originally thought it was straightened out, but I guess the recent change in management has brought forth these issues yet again. It's funny that the other pharmacies have stuff in stock. With MD, they seem to always be out of stock on something. A situation that happened earlier today in fact was very similar, and the solution they offered me was to "go pick it up at another pharmacy and pay out of pocket" for it. What is the use of having insurance? Mr. Marsingill, if you are reading this, you should be ashamed and appalled at your sorrowful attempt at a solution. You told me to trust you, and you have not held up your word - especially with me letting you know about my medicine five days in advance and the issues I've had in the past. If you can't properly manage a pharmacy and keep people's livelihoods in stock, close down the business so we can at least know to go elsewhere and probably get better service. PEOPLE, beware of this pharmacy. Call ahead of time to ensure your prescriptions are there, and be on the lookout for the snake-tongued liars these people have proven time and time again to be.

I LOVE this place! They honestly care about people here. Everyone is SUPER nice! They are amazing at helping you keep up with refills, contacting your DR if need be, and making sure you get the best prices. They really go above and beyond to make sure your medicine needs are met. They offer delivery which has been a life saver on more than one occasion, and the delivery man is super friendly as well. I definitely recommend using them as your pharmacy.
