I tried to get a job at Malibu boats I had 2 interviews the same day and had no call back to let me know anything I called 5 times trying to find something out I've got 3 years experience in assembly an after leaving a message I got a call back finally to let me know that they wasn't interested I may not be the best interviewer but my work speaks for itself I work hard an I'm very dedicated in whatever work I'm doing an strive to be the best very disappointed I didn't get the job I would have been a Great addition to the team

It’s evident by your total disregard to respond to employee reviews that you, as a parent company to two larger organizations in Florida, have set an unacceptable precedence on how to treat the employees who work tirelessly to ensure your profits are at a ridiculous high - even during an unprecedented pandemic. You are building boats! There are good employees being dehumanized at your Florida locations for your personal gains and satisfaction. Try adapting a culture of positivity and healthy boundaries. Your employees are human. They have families. They are NOT in place to be beaten down and abused by a misappropriation of power. Train your HR departments, or replace them with professionals who understand how to provide all levels with the proper tools for retention and to provide a respectful environment. Provide constant training for your leadership and management teams on the true meaning of being a leader. It’s to build employee morale, not criticize and belittle them simply because you believe that you can. Be an organization that you can be proud of. On all levels, not just when you receive accolades from a consumer. Do and be better!!
