Excellent rental service within walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg hotels/condos. UTV was clean and in good working order when we arrived. Very nice people, would gladly rent from Rideon again.

We called and made a reservation. Waiting for nearly 45 minutes in line to speak with the attendant. Once the attendant arrived took another customer in front of us that just got there. Poor customer service with very poor communication. After all this the owner did work with us to give us an enjoyable experience. We will use this company in the future. Thank - you
