We rented an RZR for 3 hours just a few days ago during our family vacation. The 4 door RZR was toddler/car seat friendly and our 3.5 year old absolutely loved it! Process was very easy and smooth. They have such great rates for renting! Was very friendly and even gave us different ideas on where to drive around which was super helpful as we have never been to Gatlinburg. Within one mile of going up our first recommended route we even spotted a bear! We will definitely be coming back to Gatlinburg and renting another RZR from Black Bear UTV during our next trip😊

The guy who runs it is very accommodating so whichever is easier for you, but we reserved online and everything was ready when we walked through the door
