My son had knee surgery and did his physical therapy here. I would never go anywhere else. The people are awesome and truly care. We worked with a physical therapist/ personal trainer to get my son where he needed to be. They have become his gym family. While he's finally been cleared by the doctors, he plans on continuing his fitness journey with Optimus for years to come. I really can't say enough nice things. They're awesome.

Thank you Eric~my right arm feeds so amazing after only one session. I will keep working on it and hope to be back at the pickleball courts soon! If I need your help again~will surely call again!!

Couldn't ask for a friendlier staff. Everyone I meet was so nice and really seemed to love what they were doing. After I got hurt at work these kind people did their best to get me back to 100% and did it with a smile. I'll recommend it to anyone and everyone.
