Very professional organized and pleasant my experience with HealthQuest was a positive one. Jacob my physical therapist was top-notch and the two young ladies he had assisting him made my appointments pleasant and on time. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Questions & Answers

Do we accept HSA (Health Savings Account) cards?

YES! Be sure to check with your specific plan but according to IRS pub 502 physical therapy is an eligible medical expense that qualifies for the use of Flexible spending account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) account funds. For those who are not familiar with these terms, we'll provide a quick definition. FSA is a special account through your employer in which you put pre taxed money into which you may use to pay for certain out-of-pocket health care costs (physical therapy). The money is pre-taxed. The biggest drawback is these accounts are what I call “use is or lose it” accounts. You have until the end of the calendar year (Dec 31) to use your money. HSA is also a medical savings account offered through some employers. Like FSAs the money you contributed to the account is pre tax, ultimately saving you money you would have paid to taxes. Funds must be used to pay for qualified medical expenses (physical therapy) but they do not expire and can roll-over from year to year.

HealthQuest Physical Therapy participates and is IN-NETWORK with most all insurance carriers. We verify your physical therapy benefits before your first visit! If you aren't sure if we are in-network with your provider, call the number on the back of your insurance card or call our office to double check and we would be glad to verify your specific insurance(s) policy. We also have affordable cash-based programs and payment plans if you have a high deductible or your policy doesn't cover physical therapy. We are glad to be able to offer all options to you and work with your situation.

Where should patients park?

We have our own parking lot! It is located in between our building and The Union Restaurant, on the south side of the building. There is also parallel parking right outside our door, as well as a large public parking lot across the street. Our parking lot is the best choice though, very convenient (and free).
