Obviously a female-oriented store. Went to pick up a gift card for my granddaughter. Decided to check out the limited selection of men's fragrances also. No Creed products displayed. No male personnel on floor, or male customers besides myself at the time.. (Sunday approx 11:30 AM)

The Sephora is decent but I just don't like how the sephora representatives push make up off on you that you're not even wanting.. Quite a few of the customer service representatives there are clueless and don't know much about the product that they're selling!!

Large store and inventory. The sals clerks were quick to offer help. Well lit and laid out. Much nicer than Somerset mall's cramp location.

I was there today, and I don’t usually write reviews but there customer service is too poor. I came in the store to find my foundation shade. I was there for 30 minutes no one asked me if I needed assistance. It looked like they had corporate in store, so you would think they would be more polite and helpful. At one point I went up to one of the ladies in the front who was just restocking the tester sponges to see if she could help me, she completely disregarded me and goes “yeah you have match the foundation on your face” like LOL okay? But why are you in store standing there? to help customers right? Im like okay and she turned back around and she went back to filling her tissues. I was in the store for an hour!! At least 4 associates saw me and NOT ONE came up to me to see if I needed anything. The only person that even acknowledged me was actually the lady who I believe was corporate. It was completely unacceptable. If you’re looking for any assistance don’t come to this store, you’re better off going to ulta across the street.
