I am writing this review to retract a negative review I had left on trust-pilot. I have been with 1st Franklin for several years. I have a good history of paying on time and am never late. I had applied for renewal of a loan and was turned down for a debt to ratio issue. The problem was my wife has a vehicle in her name and I have one in my name and both were considered as my debt and only my income was considered. After leaving that review I have to say that 1st Franklin actually read the review and contacted me. I was so impressed with the response from headquarters and then one lady, April at the Jasper, GA office, contacted me and told me my loan was approved. I would to thank those who were involved with completing this transaction. I will continue to use 1st Franklin as a resource because of the effort and response I have received.
