I don’t even know where to begin, this review goes to Bryant E I hope I spelled it right. Today I had the pleasure to witness how this young man helped an older woman that was in front of me as I was checking out. this woman could of been my mom,my grandmother or friend, not only did he help her but was extremely polite very professional and helpful. She had a full cart of food and so did i, I felt like our line went pretty fast lol I was surprised of how short of a time he checked us both out. Very happy with what I saw and experienced Thank you Bryant E for what you do! you are a hard working young man.

Stater Bros Market used to be known for its service and meat market. Three times I have asked meat department employees at this location to make a thicker cut or to grind up steaks for me and three times now this location has refused. Understandable if they were to busy, however the three employees talking amongst themselves acting like my request, the ONLY customer being helped was to much. I know the reason for it. They did not want to have to clean the equipment after. So good to know this meat department is the equivalent to McDonalds Ice Cream maker. Have it your way long as it does not cause an inconvenience to the employees who are clearly to busy talking to assist their customers. If the service is going to be the same standard as Food4Less or Winco might as well go shop their to not overpay for the “service” which is non existent at this location.

I decided to do a review because, today I had a great service thanks to the guy working at the meat department, he is an older men I’m sorry I wasn’t looking at his name I was there around 330. The store was clean and the girl in produce was nice and helpful! A little crowded when I first got there but quick check out! This is not my nearest location but I don’t mind driving a little longer if this location cares about their customers!!
