The food was good but, The quality in California has gone down compared to other States recently visited in Arizona and the food was absolutely fabulous. California Quality is not as good as used to be 10 years ago. But I still love it and I will continue to go no matter what state I'm in.

We were in the drive through for 23 minutes, but the food was great as always! The french fries were cooked exactly as I like them and the cheeseburger and strawberry shake more awesome. Thank you

I ordered a #1double double, french fries and a drink. The customer service is outstanding!! Aidan nice young man at the register, Omar Manager is super nice, friendly, and service oriented, and Hector is super nice and friendly, he brought my order to my table he is a total sweetie! The restaurant is very nice and clean so was the bathroom!!! I highly recommend this In n Out, it’s great!!

As far as i can see its 'always' crowded during meal times with a VERY long line at the drive thru. Email corporate and complain it may help and or you may get a free meal. Have a good day.
