As far as i can see its 'always' crowded during meal times with a VERY long line at the drive thru. Email corporate and complain it may help and or you may get a free meal. Have a good day.

The intersection there is nearly gridlocked often, CalTrans and city are exploring options. The parking lot very small for the size of operation
