We bought a Ford Explorer here in July. We waited 2 weeks to test drive it because it was at the North location where they were going through it to make sure everything was good. Andy was great at communicating with us throughout the wait. About 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle we were at a drive up window and the amount of smoke coming out of the tailpipes looked like the car was on fire. We took it back in to Wilson and were told that they replaced the pcv elbow. Around 3 weeks later I was stuck in traffic and it did the same thing. We googled where the part was and when we pulled it out it did not look new so we ordered a new one and replaced it ourselves. As we were checking the tire pressure to go on vacation this week one of the valve stems needed to be replaced. When the shop we took it to was backing it out of the bay they noticed something wrong with the tires. The manager had a technician check it and found out the lower control arms were shot. In about 3 months we have put almost a thousand dollars into repairs. We understand the risks you take when buying a used car but when you are told their mechanics have checked it out to make sure everything was good you dont expect to have something that should be caught in a safety inspection needing to be replaced in less than 3 months. I would not hesitate to work with Andy again but dont know if I would buy here again.

Had a great experience buying our car from Wilson Motor Company, we were looking for a new car, the staff was friendly and Mike, who sold us the car was awesome to work with, not pushy nor annoying. Even though they were low on stock of new cars (everyone is, thanks supply chain issues!) we were able to find something that fit what our budget was.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews, but I feel really passionate about this incident. I have a Nissan and went here for the first time last week and today. For starters, they’re way overpriced. I could get a much better deal from Jiffy Lube. I never got the chance to find out if they knew their stuff when it came to fixing cars, because I was told I ‘never had an appointment.’ I came in last week and talked to someone at the front desk. I regret that I didn’t get his name. He definitely got my name and put me down for an appointment, but when I showed up the next week, he claimed he had no idea who I was and there was no appointment scheduled. It was his error, and I would have been understanding if he would have apologized and admitted to it, but he acted like I was just crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about. Their customer service is horrible, and I won’t be coming back.

Yes I would not recommend them though I would find another service place to take care of my car I can recommend A1 Automotive
You will have to call them to ask them that. They don't ever check here. They are not big on the online presence unless it is facebook or Instagram for giveaways.
I bought a Nissan Rogue from them a few weeks ago. I liked them so much that I drove from Orem to Logan to buy my car. Go see Jake. Tell him Ryan sent you.
