Great service, and hands-down the only Hyundai dealership worthy of praise, at this point. Transparent, honest, competent, through, and fair. It starts top-down. Service manager is a master of his trade. He knows the service business, intimately. Maintaining high standards in his department, his staff is also competent, thorough, and polite. Great customer service. The store was just completing a remodel, working out bugs, and adapting to the new digs...despite this, staff was amazingingly efficient. It was even pointed out the recall involving a dealer-installed factory tow harness did NOT, in fact, apply to my vehicle, being mine was third-party...the Stones Hyundai in Pocatello service department completely got that completely wrong, and had unnecessarily disabled the car's tow lighting...not a fix, just disabled an otherwise necessary, and perfectly safe and functional feature of the car. (Being able to tow small trailers and cargo rack was the only reason I gave in to purchasing this Palisade, given the smaller interior cargo capacity.)

Where to start on this my car was at Hyundai for three months it originally had issues with the engine and then it was the transmission and then it was the engine again. While I understand the parts were shipping they couldn’t do anything but they didn’t let me know when parts arrived or really keeping me informed about my car I would always have to be the one to call. The first month they did not seem to care that they didn’t have any loaner cars and that I didn’t really have a car to drive for a month (as I was number 11 on the list) and then my car got ‘fixed’ (on Saturday) and then a block out side the dealership it stalled and stopped working again on the side of the road and then I didn’t have a car again, they then got me in a loaner car the next week (Tuesday) which was very great but then it took two more months on top of that to get my car back in order. The service manager Matt was great he helped me a lot and also helped me understand what was going on with my car which was greatly appreciated. The only issues to be aware of is there wasn’t a lot of Communication on their end and parts taking a long time since most things are on back order.
