Put an order in online for delivery in 2 hours or less (I paid $10 for delivery fee.) Got someone else's order delivered. I called the store to let them know there was a mistake. They told me it wasn't their fault, but the fault of the 3rd party delivery service and that I needed to call them or Michael's customer service. They didn't know what delivery service they use though... I called customer service. They said they would send out a new driver to deliver my order. Almost 2 hours later, still no delivery. I called customer service again. They hung up on me. I called back and told them to cancel my entire order. I've never experienced such bad customer service from a company before. I will shop elsewhere from now on. That was my first and last time shopping at Michael's.
