So all a sudden they being picky about the stuff they take when they just took my speaker with the crack now Megan said they can't I've been a customer 3 years not no more though after this . My speaker still works & top it off they took my tv & fire stick was all chewed up by my dog but they still took that & I'm getting it back ASAP & not buying nothing else from them
