I am a new homeowner and never had an oil tank before. Two days after moving in I realize our tank was left empty. After freezing all night, I called a few oil places early in the morning but they were either trying to lock me into a contract or just were very rude and unprofessional and said they couldn't deliver same day. This is until I found hacketstown oil corp. Olivia was so pleasant to speak with and although another company offered me a much lower rate, i decided on hacketstown oil due to Olivia's outstanding customer service. She was responsive, polite and although I called numerous times to ensure I was doing my online order correctly, not once did she seem annoyed, instead she was patient and offered to price match the other company and offered me a one time new customer online order discount code. I received my delivery the same day! Olivia is you're reading this, you're the real MVP! The driver came and went unnoticed. The process was hassle free. I can now simply order online and it's just that easy. Thank you hacketstown oil for your service, now my home is nice and toasty!

I’ve been searching through these reviews to no avail. I guess there are so many of them I’ll have to write a new one. I’ve got no choice but to use oil to heat my hot water AND my home as well 😩. Cha-ching 💰 💰💰throughout the year! When searching for an oil company 7 years ago, I tried several and have always come back to Hackettstown Oil. I tried with other companies to get the most bang for my buck, but the other companies fell short on customer service, which is a key factor in my choosing Hackettstown Oil. I’ve found them to be very competitive with their prices, are extremely dependable (if I place an order online on Monday, they make the drop on that Wednesday,) the techs are friendly and professional, Melissa in the office has always been very helpful when I’ve needed her assistance, which she does with a smile, when I leave special instructions on the site for the tech, they’re followed as written, and their overall performance outranks the other companies, hands down. I recommend them to anyone on Facebook looking for an oil company to deliver in a timely, friendly and professional manner. When we were stuck without oil, and every other company could not deliver for days or would not accept new customers, Hackettstown Oil was beyond willing to help us ASAP. Not only were we offered same day-delivery, but we were provided with kindness by the employees both in the office over the phone and delivering fuel to the house.
