I've been going there for a lot of years! They process your deer, and for some reason. With butcher boy, your back straps are twice the amount as other processors! They don't treat people like we're dummies. They just do great business! Every true hunter knows how long, and think..that their backstrap should be! Thanks butcher boy, I'll see you in November, 2022.

Nice quaint butcher shop. They sell alligator bone in leg meat. Great price. Highly recommend you to check this place out if you are searching for novel, exotic meats. Hard to come by in Michigan so come here and support this place.

I was just in there this past Wednesday before Christmas and they have plenty of bison, elk, and venison steaks available. I purchased bison burger and venison backstraps, 😋.
