Great customer service. Came in I was greeted with respect. Tom, Charles in the footwear area helped me find the right item that I was looking for, great customer service. As well I want to point out that I was greeted by jay jack who is the freight flow lead very respectful. In general Very respectful employees and very neat store. Will shop back here and Will also recommend customers to shop here as well 😊.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. The store is massive, which is fine. However…when you approach a group of three sales people who are just standing there talking, and not one acknowledges you, until you literally wave your hand like you’ve lost your mind. That is a problem, Then you say.. can one of you help me find a kayak paddle and life vest. Brand new to all of this. They said the newest guy to take you. He does a general point or “it’s down there in those aisles. You turn to ask a question and he’s gone. No help in the departments, and the checkout people were just as bad. Will not be going back
