This review is for donating materials. It seems that they would make it clear and simple to do so, but several times I've had items refused that are listed on the website as acceptable materials. So, the next time I called to make sure that my donation would be acceptable, which it was. When I arrived they told me they didn't want it. There needs to be better website information and communication between staff members about what will be accepted.

This is the second purchase we’ve made with Habitat and the staff has always been incredible and friendly. The first time, we were able to get delivery and another piece taken away, and this time, we bought a beautiful couch, but had a bit of trouble with one of the features. The store manager, Quinton (I believe) was incredibly helpful on the phone and sent a staff member to my local address to lend a hand. I know sometimes it’s easy to just take the Amazon route for furniture, but I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Great prices, clean furniture, lots of products, even as a new apartment tenant, I absolutely love this place as a local option for second hand items.
