Radiologist botched my report. Refused to acknowledge his mistake or to talk with me. Insisted it was correct when any dummy could tell it wasn’t. Finally, my doctor convinced him to revisit it and he had to red-do it. Never apologized. You have to be able to trust your radiologist reports to make good medical decisions. I don’t know that I can go back here even though it’s best to be able to compare reports from one year to another. Can’t even trust that if I got the same radiologist he wouldn’t retaliate since I complained.

Called was told I didn’t have to schedule an appointment for a regular X-ray. So I went in there was like two other patients waiting; so I was thinking ok this won’t take very long,and I waited. A few more patients come in and they all get called back before me, and I’m thinking about 5 or 6 patients were called back before me. I asked the tenant to check my paperwork maybe it was misplaced. No! Since you don’t have to schedule an appointment you have to wait for whom ever has one to get called back. This isn’t right; my time is just as valuable as anyone else’s time, they need to address this issue. I’m a very patient person but to an extent.
