I got a lazy boy recliner from idlers. Then I had problems with it shortly after and the salesman was rude, Didn’t even want to help me then. Glad to help you until you buy it and don’t expect much after that. But that’s nothing on the problem with the chair itself. If you want warranty support get ready to wait one to two hours(yes hours) Literally and you do get your parts no charge Under warranty but $168 labor for getting them into your chair. It’s broken twice(in 2 yrs) which that means $168 Each time. They not Like they used to be and I wish I’d never gotten it. Don’t get a lazy boy, other chairs last longer.
