As much as I want to keep this gem to myself, the world needs to know that this café is home to one of the best chai lattes in Michigan. The milk is frothy and has that toasty flavor of an exceptionally well prepared steamer. The sweetener is mild (i.e., not cloyingly sweet like so many others) and the cinnamon is blended perfectly. It is eyelid-flutteringly good and it'll warm your soul. I probably earned 10 karma points just for sharing this secret.

Such wonderful customer service. I called looking for a watch that was sold out online and Paige was SO helpful -- she called around to all other Shinola locations to try and track one down, checked incoming shipments, etc. I ultimately ended up ordering my backup option, and when I called back to place the order I spoke with Justin and he was lovely on the phone. Customer service of this caliber feels so rare "these days" -- thank you, Shinola AA, for keeping your standards high! And please give Paige and Justin raises!

It will depend if the service person is at the store that day. Normally, you would have to drop it off and wait a few days for them to email when it is done. Buy it is usually very fast.

Hello. If it is a Shinola bag then potentially. There are some that can be monogrammed and others that cannot.
Bikes will be from like $1,000 and up depending on model and options etc. Excellent bicycle from an excellent company.
