I DoorDashed an order of nachos today and they didn’t look anything like the pictures… everything came separate… guac was stale. Chips were cheap. Cheese didn’t even come on the nachos !!! MEAT WAS NOT FULLY COOKED. You’ve got to be kidding me. Literally the worst nachos I’ve ever had. Very disappointed

Getting two stars because I believe they can do better, I know they have it in them. I can accept that some people have off days. Anyway. This is the worst burrito I've ever eaten. It was a shredded chicken chimichanga. When did I first encounter chicken? Well, at one point my reason for eating strayed away from hunger and became an attempt to chase away the dawning horror that there might not be any. About 2/3rds of the way in, it ambushed me. It was impressively crusty. My investigation felt like the end of Se7en. I didn't eat anymore. It never occurred to me how important organization was in a burrito until now, but it makes sense. People generally like consistency when it come's to them. Despite it being a chimichanga I think I had a total of 3? slightly crispy bites. There were an obnoxious amount of whole, soggy kidney beans, paired with mushy and lackluster rice. Keep in mind this is what I had to go through to get to the chicken(what's in the box?) So, chill on the beans, and nothing wrong with the classic black or refried beans. Texture is important, maybe wrap them in tinfoil, put them in paper bags, something, to reduce sog. Marinate the chicken, and change it out more. Please.

Ordered a Fire and Ice burrito which claims to have double hot sauce and double sour cream. If there was hot sauce on either of the two burritos I got, it was so mild it may as well not have been present. The sour cream was also barely present, and mostly water. The chicken was fine, mostly just a texture. The beans were decent, but low on flavor (are you sensing a theme yet?) The rice was good rice. I'll give it that. Overall, not sure I'd eat here again. If I did, I'd feel it necessary to specify that I want the hottest hot sauce (which I must assume is fairly mild), and I want a measurable amount of it. Side note, when you pay, there's a tip option on the screen. The LOWEST option is 18%, and the option on the left (that you'd expect to be the lowest option) is 25%. So, you know, keep your eye out for that too.
