I used to like their customer service but not anymore after they changed the staff. The wait time has become much longer. I am planning to cancel my account when I am not too busy.

Avoid this branch at all cost. Overly aggressive branch manager is not conducive to small businesses or new accounts. Worst bank experience ever. You guys are a bank, not a bar. Act like it.
