Worst branch in the whole world. they access my account without calling me when i tried to complain the manager is a female she hang-up on me. not even know their policy they think i will stop here but just wait for the law suit. if i was you guys dont go to this branch your money is not SAVE

Slowest bank I have ever experienced. I went mid day on a Thursday, no lines at all. I waited 15 min before I decided to call the teller. The person comes on and says "sorry we are helping someone in the lobby "umm how many people does it take to help 1 person?!?" I could see 1 person in there. I am doing a deposit only, super simple. It was 30 min before they finally gave me my deposit slip. Come on now Zions, you need to fix this bank before people leave.

Wish never went inside. Get ready to feel like an inconvenience. 4 people chit chatting. The two girls turn to their counters no one said anything I said I need to make a deposit & a 60-day statement from my account. She only printed out 30 days & handed it to me. I looked at it and said I asked for 60 she huffed and said it's $5 then printed it out. I said thank you, no response.
