Just so everyone knows, if you are delivering New Equipment they ***DO NOT RECEIVE ON SATURDAY*** M-F Starting at 8am. The main reason that I'm upset is that I called on Friday to see if I could deliver on Saturday and was told that I could, between the hours of 7 to 11am I showed up and found out that not to be the truth.

Sorely disappointed in the service I am receiving. I'm forced to wait a month each time the computer in my equipment glitches. Now two months without my trackhoe, but still have to make $6000.00 payments. Now looking at komatsu equipment.

Horrendous experience overall; I would have given a 0 if it were an option.I tend not to write reviews when the service is meager, however, I had to make a exception for this store. I ordered three parts online on a Monday to be shipped. I called on Wednesday to check on the status of the order. I was told that there was an issue with my order in the site and it had to be re-ordered with Friday being the delivery date. In Friday, I left work 30 minutes earlier to arrive before the store closes and found out that only one of the three parts were re-ordered on Wednesday. I was re-assured by the clerk that the two remaining parts were being re-ordered and expedited for Monday. On Monday, I called with no response from the Parts team and left a voicemail. As a result, I drove another 30 minutes and found out the parts did not yet arrive in the store. Additionally, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my refund for the shipping charges from the initial order, which was supposed to be dealt with last Friday. I recently called (Tuesday) and was meet with hostility by an employee on the phone when wanting to confirm both parts actually arrived before leaving my work early, again, and embarking on another 30 minutes drive. Overall, it has been a dreadful experience. Thomas of the Parts team has been the lone bright spot with his excellent care and service.
