DHL Express ServicePoint

This company should be ashamed of their business practices. My package has been with them, 45 minutes away from me for 7 days. They apparently can't(more like won't)deliver it to me & won't allow me to pick it up there. They've had it on a truck for delivery 4 times to no avail, amid multiple excuses, from traffic, Xmas delays, & the driver saying my husband's suit couldn't fit in the truck. I offered to pay for overnight shipping from them to me(45mins away)& nothing. They said they can transfer it to a dhl servicepoint(which is where it is) in another town that is 54 minutes away from me & even further from where it is currently than my home address is. How do they stay in business?

it’s 7:02 pm and i still haven’t gotten my package is it going to come today? it said it was out for delivery and will be here by the the end of the day

That happened to me before, so I went to dhl with my way bill number and told them it was never delivered so if the carrier still has it, u can place it for pickup. . Honestly I don't know y the system says delivered maybe it was a error..

It's being held for inspection/scanning or it has missed its flight. Happened to me too. Don't worry

It means that is isn't ready to be delivered and hasn't received its final scan before delivery or marked as ready to pick up. My package was listed like that and I went to the location and picked it up. The DHL staff had to look for my package. And they found it. You could give that a try. Be patient because they are really under staffed and doing the best they can. If you work with them.....they will find your package.

Depends where its on hold. If its in your city just go pick it up. If its out of state / country ask the send to go see whats going on

I'm not in the customer service , so I don't know how much they charge for each pound. I'm sorry. However, you can call the office and they will let you know how much they will charge you...

I have never shipped internatonal so I do not know. You should probably call DHL and asked them.
