This company should be ashamed of their business practices. My package has been with them, 45 minutes away from me for 7 days. They apparently can't(more like won't)deliver it to me & won't allow me to pick it up there. They've had it on a truck for delivery 4 times to no avail, amid multiple excuses, from traffic, Xmas delays, & the driver saying my husband's suit couldn't fit in the truck. I offered to pay for overnight shipping from them to me(45mins away)& nothing. They said they can transfer it to a dhl servicepoint(which is where it is) in another town that is 54 minutes away from me & even further from where it is currently than my home address is. How do they stay in business?
My packages were supposed to be here April 9th, every other company that delievers don't be requiring a signature, how am I suppose to know exactly when yall get to my house, yall need to do better, hopefully yall are still gonna deliver my packages because I spent alot of money on the packages I'm waiting for still.
Yes like wise did you get your package ever cause I’m still waiting and dhl says that they have to call the warehouse and send out an investigation and that they will call me back within 2hours
