I’ll admit I’m kind of obsessed over this place. It’s placed right in the center of West Bloomfield near the beautiful surrounding lakes. I’ve made it too late for cookies one night and they baked some fresh JUST FOR ME!! There’s a lady there name “Denise”, and she’s officially a friend in my head, she goes above and beyond to ensure that every experience is phenomenal. I highly recommend the white chocolate cookies, gourmet milkshakes, and fresh pastries. This place is a weekly stop for me and it should be for YOU TOO!

Went in for a cake and dessert tasting after tasting their mini cakes at the Novi Bridal Expo, which were delicious. Going in, we were given the mini cakes as cake samples, but were told to keep in mind that they wouldn’t taste the same because our cake wouldn’t have the ganache or cream cheese frosting. The lady we met with was not listening to our wants and did not seem like she knew what she was doing. She quoted us $300 for a 9 inch single tiered round cake and it wasn’t until we said that the ones in the case were only $55 that she called someone else to confirm and came back with a new price of $55. Even though we said repeatedly that our cake was just for us to cut and eat, she kept insisting that the cake we wanted would not serve as many people and that we might want to consider more tiers. Even so, the real kicker was that it was going to cost $250 for a delivery fee, because they’d be made at the Warren location and be dropped off at the Orchard Lake Village location prior to delivery. What was supposed to be such a fun and exciting experience turned out to be a very frustrating and overwhelming one. I left the bakery in tears and very upset feeling like I wasn’t being heard.

The cakes are really good over here. Great find for cakes. They serve ice cream and coffee here too
