This baker made the WRONG FLAVOR in my WEDDING CAKE. Originally, when I ordered, I had my credit card out to pay a little extra for a tiny 4th tier at the top. The owner then said that he would throw that tiny top tier in for free. Nice! After I cut my cake at my wedding, it was discovered that one of the LARGE tiers (from the ones I paid for) WAS THE WRONG FLAVOR! Also, the other tier had raisin after we agreed for no raisins. When he was made aware, all he could say was that he was sorry I was unhappy, but he already gave me a little extra cake for free (that tiny tier at the top, which I was willing to pay for). What a tone deaf response. Not only did he not give me what I paid for on my wedding day, but he did not even try to rectify his mistake. No gift card, no remake of that tier. Nothing. Very disappointing and unfair.

The bakes were really good but they had awful customer service. The employee at the counter was really short with me and literally said "are you just looking or are you actually going to buy something?". It was my first time in and I was just looking at all they had to offer before I ordered. I bought sfogliatella and asked what was in it and the employee rolled their eyes and said "just ricotta". When I got home it was not just ricotta. It was flavored with citrus which I really don't like and would have expected them to share when I asked. Their other bakes were good (I tried a donut and a sticky bun) but honestly because of how rude and short this employee was with me I don't think I will go back.

This place is horrible. We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. We were assured it wouldn't be a problem. When my wife went to pick it up the cake the icing was not smoothed over properly. There were craters in it and when it was addressed there was a lot of attitude. We eventually got the cake to my daughter's party and found the cake under the icing was burned. You could taste the burn and it was dry. The icing was the best part of the cake. This was the worst cake I have ever had from a professional bakery. I will never do business with them again and I would suggest this place to anyone.
