After reading other comments on here, I'm glad I'm not the only one who was treated disrespectfully by the workers here. Lazy, rude and unhelpful. The younger white guy with the beard, glasses and gage style earrings was unreliable and unwilling to help me, even after I asked him basic questions regarding international shipping. The keyosk pens all had no ink, there are no instructions on labeling, international forms, where things are located, etc. If this was a walk-through presentation on how NOT to do customer service, this place would've taken the cake with flying colors.

Worst attitude I've ever seen.

I really value USPS and respect the services this organization provides. But this branch is awful. It doesn't matter what day or time you go, there is always a long wait, 15 minutes or more. They are always short staffed with only 1 person behind the desk. I'm usually dropping off pre-paid items (I always get a receipt after a bad experience in the past with a lost item), which makes it all the more frustrating. I once waited an hour and the clerk goes "you waited all that time... for this?" It would've been more helpful if they informed me that there was a self-service station out in the entrance, which I discovered a few months after.

I’m a big fan of usps, but this location is terribly mismanaged. I waited in line for 3 hours and saw the clerk get through 3 people in this time. After asking the manager to help she said that she was busy.

Ive saw someone bring one into the post office to return it. Idk if that is proper procedure
Yes, you may use the SSK on Sundays because the machine is located in the lobby / PO box area of the post office, which is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
USPS Priority Mail, including Priority Mail Express (overnight), will be accepted and sent out that same day at the Green Road (48105) location if you give it to a postal clerk before they close at 7:00pm. It takes time to fill out the forms for and get Express mail ready of you're not used to the process, so please go in by 6:30pm to give the staff time to help you out. FYI, in case evem 7:00pm doesn't work for you, the Canton post office on Canton-Center Road closes at 8:00pm, but you can't beat the service at the Ann Arbor Green Rd Post Office.
Post offices do not offer notary public services, but if you need such services in the area of the 48105 Post Office on Green Road, the closest place would likely be The UPS Store located in the same strip mall as the Busch's grocery store down the street on Green Road. The UPS Store is on the opposite end of the strip mall from Busch's grocery store, behind the BP gas station, across Plymouth Road from Plum Market. I have used the notary services as this specific location of The UPS Store and can confirm that it was pretty quick and easy. It cost me $10 to notarize one document. I hope this helps.
