I’ve had a couple great experiences using this company. The first one: I was coaching my stepdaughter‘s cheer team and they were hired as our photographer for our team pics. Kyle was quick on my phone calls to answer any questions I had. He was very reliable when showing up on time. The pictures turn out great every single year. The prices are definitely a plus! My second experience: I also do photography on the side as a hobby. When I had an issue with my camera, I submitted help with a camera error I had through their form online. It was about 9 o’clock at night when submitted and I got a call at 9:30pm. Again, it was Kyle. Very quick response. We couldn’t figure out what the issue was over the phone, but he offered for me to come in when I was available to help me figure out what was going on. Luckily, I figured it out before I had to come in because of a simple mistake on my part. Lol. But he was patient and caring and took the time out of his long day to help. I want to add, not only are they a wonderful company to hire, they make things really fun for the kids! If I could give them 10 star, I would! Thank you Kyle! :)
