Bought a 18' car hauler deluxe 2 yrs ago. The worse trailer I have ever pulled owned or not, on the first pull home 35 miles. Many issues first few months were addressed but not resolved. Still has a major vibration at moderate to fast speeds. Bounces excessively loaded or not on hitch at every height. Vibration so constant it will cut my tie down straps if laying over any edge of load or trailer. I spent money on a weight distribution hitch did not help with vibration but does ease a little of the bouncing on hitch but still excessive. Spent 80.00 to balance wheels, did not help a bit. Changed coupler on trailer twice tried loose and tightening bolts no change. Had to have steel welded back into rear cross bar for l.e.d lights lost 5 lights in less then a year, they did not even clean up their work, left raw steel showing to rust. I had to loosen all bolts on suspension due to builder torquing them all tight to eliminating all movement in axles. Had staff (with reluctance and rudeness) follow and pull my trailer just to excuse away my issue's and then lie to front office of item's they were asked to check. I have been patient having returned over a half dozen times and twice as many phone calls. I just hope no one else has the issues I have with my trailer with theirs. So disappointing..... I would not recommend or buy another trailer from this company ! D A S

Chris, the salesman, was very helpful and professional. I purchased the 20 ft deluxe utility trailer. It looks very well built. I could not find anything even close for the same price on my side of Lake Michigan. I especially like the conduit enclosed wiring, and the 10,000 lb. rated Split gate.
