Insanely delicious food. Eclectic interior. Really great service. The house wine was a good deal and my God was the forest floor pasta fantastic. Also, the arancini appetizer was amazing, brought me back to the streets of Rome. Although, eating arancini with a fork felt wrong since it's street food, so I recommend using hands for a more authentic experience. (Caveat: I have no authority on authentic ways to eat arancini apart from a single week-long visit to Rome I did years ago)

Another absolutely amazing experience at Bizzarro. Certainly not my first visit, definitely won't be my last. We started with the Eggplant Parmigiana Spectacular, which was, well... spectacular. My fiancee ordered the Gnocchi Cavolfiore and I decided on the Elk Bolognese (as seen in the pictures). The gnocchi was tender, sauce was creamy and the cauliflower was perfectly cooked. I wish my gnocchi tasted like this... The Bolognese was delightful. The house-made pappardelle was terrific, absolutely perfect. The delicious sauce clung to every bite. This dish is truly a masterpiece. As always, the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. This restaurant is a Seattle gem and I am so happy that it wasn't a victim to the covid closures. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

$56 (before tip) for two very average dishes but a good salad is just not worth it. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, but food fell below expectations. Lasagne was very very salty. Fine but needed less salt and more moisture. The margarita pasta was fine too, but the melted cheese and sauce were just average. The Caesar salad was excellent though. Nice twist to have to cut it yourself. Anyway, I wouldn’t come here again. It wasn’t bad, but there’s too many truly great Italian spots in Seattle that are more worth your time.
