This is the BEST pizza I've had in the PNW, and one of the best five of my entire life. The crust is perfect. It's crispy in the right places and chewy in the other right places. The crew is wonderful, too. It's amazing what can happen in a 500 square foot kitchen when people are passionate about the food they serve.

The most delicious pizza--the sourdough crust is extraordinary--and the best customer service. Not just on Bainbridge Island, but of all the places we've ever lived (which include some right inside the famous Northeast Pizza Belt.)
