Some places will take it for a fee. Household Hazardous Waste tells you to dry it out and place in the trash.

If it is latex, they won't take it. You have to dry it out and throw it in the trash.
Cat litter works really well to expedite drying it.

Only oil based paints. Latex is water based n should just be dried out with kitty litter n thrown away.

Old gas is accepted no cans larger than a 5gal gas can. Up to 30gals a day.
