We didn't have food so i csn't comment on that. Dut to staffing shortage, the service could be better as they have servers trying to do dual duties as servers & bartend; which is really a reglection on Management more than "the service".

Possibly. It was called Mimi's Streamside Cafe prior to 2003. Shawnee Inn bought the property and expanded the building after Mimi retired. First it was Sam Snead before becoming the Gem and Keystone. An obituary for a Martha Eppley from 2003 says she ran Martha's Hotel and Restaurant in Shawnee.
When we visited in the beginning of June there were 2 dogs on the deck with their owner. Maybe the deck was closed that day. I don't think dogs are allowed inside
