Took in for muffler noise which was hole in exhaust. Also told me needed brake pads and rotors. Also said I need a front passenger control arm replaced and failed to mention That this would require an alignment And no way an alignment could be done Because the entire rear end of the vehicle This was completely rusted. I took the vehicle to another shop And they informed me that they did not want to touch the rear end of this vehicle Because of the amount of rust in the entire cradlel. I So if a reputable car repair shop would not touch this I'm not sure how Mr. Muffler would have been able to Perform the service

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I had an emergency that happened to my car just 2 days before my daughter's car was to go to the dealership for some pricy repairs. My car started making loud noises, I ended up at Mr muffler. Well to keep it simple. Mr muffler saved me so much money on my daughter's car that I was able to get my car fixed and hers for less than what the dealership was charging for hers alone. Every one was friendly, they made what was starting to be a bad day a really good experience.
