DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER FROM THIS COMPANY. Even charging the scooter several times a day, the battery would still die. Try reaching out to customer service with no answer. Left 3 voice mail messages, no return call. Sent 3 emails with no response either. My daughter had to push the scooter back to the room every night. Do not rent from this company. You are better off going through a different company. I had rented a scooter in Philadelphia and had no problems whatsoever. Went a total of 6 miles one day, probably even further and had no issues. Very disappointed.

I use Mobility on Wheels at least 3 times per week when I visit the Tropicana Casino. Their product is reliable and clean. Their staff is courteous, dependable and are always willing to take the extra step. I definitely recommend this product to anyone in the industry. Good evening Hazel, Yes, the scooters all come with a charger strapped into the front basket with instructions. The scooter will also come fully charged and ready to go.

First and foremost, when predicting scooter range it’s important to consider these factors, first you must base the range off of a fully charged battery so I would recommend that you charge your scooter fully before making any long-range trip, second the type of scooter whether it’s a heavy duty model or standard models have different battery capacities and range associated with those capacities, and lastly the weight of the operator is also a factor. Given these points I could say with a good degree of confidence that if your scooter is fully charged prior to your trip to and from Ocean to Tropicana you should have no problem whatsoever. Good morning Robin, The scooters are available at Tropicana for $50 + tax for the 1st day up to 24 hours, an additional $50 + tax for the 2nd day up to 24 hours, and each subsequent day is $25 + tax per day thereafter.
