The people working at this branch are professional and kind. They all seem to go an extra mile for the people they serve.

This was the only Bank of America open today, normally I go to the BofA on either Ramon or Date Palm/Ramon but they were closed. The staff at this location were amazing and Laura was very polite and helpful. They had a long line but it went quickly; it took me longer to get there than it did waiting in line and that’s with only two tellers working the counter. The tellers were friendly and personable (not like the Date Palm or Ramon branches where they have a superiority attitude). I just might take the extra time to drive out to this location just to get the great service again. Thank you HWY 111 BofA .

Questions & Answers

Why do you bother having phone service when you never answer 12 calls within an hour ?

Ita possible they have calls routed to a call center? Im a phone operator for a large retail company near by and we handle all calls for 4 stores and it can cause lines ro back up. Maybe try calling another location or the number on the back of your card.? You may have to go to the bank though..hopefully u don't...

My landlord banks at BOA, I want to pay my rent. BOA refused my cash payment. What forms if payment will you receive?

There is no reason you can't deposit cash to your landlord's account. Just be sure you have the account number and name on the account. You might want to speak to an officer at whatever branch you use.
