Shane came out and gave us a reasonable quote within our budget. Shane and his crew were awesome! The install looks amazing and clean. They were courteous and professional throughout the install letting us know every step. Upon completion, we were shown how to operate our new furnace and what features it had. I had Maumee Valley Heating and Air Conditioning come out, and install a new air conditioner. Their prices were affordable and in line with other companies, but their honesty and not cutting corners made them the more reputable heating and A/C company to go with. My bills are actually lower and the house is a better temperature throughout. I was wanting to buy a bigger unit that they would have made more money on, but they explained to me that the bigger unit like we had wasn’t working properly. Spiro explained how a/c units work and air flow so that we would not be benefiting by buying too large a unit for the size of the house. The second floor is now more comfortable because of their knowledge, honesty and integrity. Thank you for the professional service you provide to the local community. I would recommend them highly to my friends and family, and have.

So happy with our experience. Maumee Valley went out of their way to ensure that we would not be without A/C leading up to record high temperatures in early June! Installation actually happened several days sooner than was originally scheduled because they knew the temperatures were rising. We quoted other companies and Maumee Valley had the best price and and quality! They were friendly, responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend. They will be my first call for the next HVAC emergency!

I waited five days for this company to come look at my air conditioner. I took off work the morning of the appointment, which was confirmed two days earlier. I was on a conference call while waiting for them to arrive, when they left several messages. When I was able to call them back, they told me the technician moved on to another appointment because I didn't answer the phone. Then I got hung up on by Tina. At no point was I told the appointment needed to be confirmed again the same morning. TERRIBLE customer service.
