A couple cashiers are pretty nice and friendly. Somedays the checkout line is fast. Somedays the checkout line is too long. Shop smart. Watch free online videos of hand tool testing, various brands and comparison. My Icon 3/8" round swivel head ratchet had to be returned. I just purchased an Icon 90Tooth 3/8" flex head ratchet. I opened the sealed box and inspected the ratchet. I found an ugly dent that is chrome plated. See photos. My brand new ratchet looks used. The metal grip area is long enough for comfort. Longer than another brand by 1 inch. I use my Icon screwdriver set often and its great. The Icon breaker bars are excellent. I use them occasionally when possible to reduce potential tool damage. The precise Icon torque wrenches are excellent and used as needed. I am not stuck on one store's brand over another. The 3/8" Icon swivel head 90Tooth ratchet's comfort grip is a dream come true when using the ratchet. Price, quality, design, durability, features and comfort are important to me. I like quality ratchets with the quick release feature. I have high tooth ratchets with all metal handles for improved handle swing in narrow spaces. A sealed ratchet head is excellent for really dirty work. With so many other brands available. The choice is yours. Ratchets with 72 Tooth, 90 Tooth, 100 Tooth, 120 Tooth even 144 Tooth
