Positive: Very comfortable bed and very nice room Negative: The breakfast was a little bit minimal. The girl working the front desk didn't know how to work the card machine and I had to go back four times to get a new card to the room. But overall it was still very nice hotel for the money

MICE. first night we were on the fence because of smell and it just felt dirty and not maintained. Stained sheets, red puffy over crack in closet door, funky smell in bathroom. The couch was full of crumbs dust. Second day a mouse ran from under the couch to the fridge. Politely asked for a refund for our second night because of the mouse. Management seemed to say “there is nothing we can do”. Also said Orkin was there and found nothing. I said they might want to check our room again, specifically under the couch or behind the fridge. Needless to say we left and went to the far superior Hampton inn.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.

THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE, AND THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. THEY WENT OVER BEYOND TO HELP MAKE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYONE VISITING DOWNTOWN. I HAD A WODERFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. EVERY STAFF MEMBER I ENCOUNTERED,FORM THE VALET TO THE CHECK IN TO THE CLEANING STAFF WERE DELIGHTFUL
