This entire place was filthy. The hallways look like they had not been vacuumed in some time. We had two rooms and both bathrooms were very dirty. I had to wash down the toilet seat before using and the shower had mold on the curtain and was dirty with long hairs everywhere. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. There are several other places in the area to stay. I would advise skipping this one.

Where do I start? First, upon arrival there is no graded curb to roll your bags up to the front doors and no handicap accessible doors to get into the front lobby. If there is a handicapped access, there is no sign displayed. We get to our non-smoking room to find it slightly dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed prior to our arrival. Also, the decor, bathroom, and furniture needed to be updated 10 years ago. It was an extremely poor shape. as I mentioned, we were in a non-smoking room, but other rooms around us were smoking. We didn’t think anything about this until we could smell the cigarette smoke coming from the other rooms into our room. at least the cigarette smoke head the musty smell throughout the facility, including in our room. The website advertises a free hot breakfast with our stay. The next morning my wife and I went downstairs to get our breakfast to find the only thing in the breakfast area available was coffee. I approached the front desk and asked did we miss breakfast. The person at the front desk said we can’t afford to keep the breakfast running and handed me a brown paper sack without batting an lash or even a apology. Good thing Perkins and Bob Evans was literally a block away from the hotel.

Actually pretty impressed. It had been a few years since we had stayed there but the room was very clean everything was in order and even though things were slightly dated I would definitely stay there again. The service at this hotel was very good. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and the linens were also clean. You could smell the freshness when you walked into the room. will defenitely come back.

We needed a place with parking for two 26 foot trucks. Finding that was the best part of our experience. The hotel had a run down appearance. When we got off the elevator the mirror in the hall was coated with a film of grime and dust, having not been cleaned in quite some time. There was an overpowering, undefinable stench throughout. In our rooms it got worse. One room had stains (bodily fluids?) on the bedskirt and grime everywhere. The floor hadn't been vacuumed because debris was all over, including a cigarette butt. The second room had dirty furniture, including a lounge chair with grease caked on the armrests and seat. The shower floor had a crack, so I avoided using it. As disgusting as the room was, I felt if I used the shower I would probably contract some version of athletes foot or worse. This is in all likelihood the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. If I could have found any other place to stay at midnight in a strange city I would have. Quality Inn corporate should close this location. Or revoke the franchise and totally renovate the whole place. Or bring in a wrecking ball and do all travelers a favor. I for one will avoid all Quality Inns because of this filthy fleabag. If there was a lower rating than "1" I would give it. For your health stay away.
